School Safety and Mental Health Summit 2022 has ended
Please join us Tuesday, January 18th for the Region 10 annual School Safety and Mental Health Summit!
This in person event will be a full and informative day covering important topics in the areas of mental heath and school safety.

If you are a school counselor, school nurse, assistant principal, principal, school safety leadership, student services or any other position that connects to student safety or mental health, then this conference is for you!

Choose to follow the Mental Health strand of events or the School Safety strand or mix and match! There will also be a few optional sessions available!

Note: The Blue sessions are the School Safety Strand, The Yellow sessions are the Mental Health Strand and the Green sessions are the optional classes!

Important Session Information: If you are a currently in a Region 10 District/Charter or Private School that has purchased the Administrative Services Package there is no registration fee. For all other participants there is a $150 registration fee due when registering.

Psychological Safety, or a sense of environmental security, is a critical component to school safety and crisis prevention. Despite the important role it plays, many are unaware of what Psychological Safety is or how to cultivate it in the schools. In this session, attendees will develop an understanding of the Psychological Construct, discuss how Psychological Safety can address school safety needs, and implement a process to review their needs and strengths related to Psychological Safety at their site.
